The restaurant is located on Donelson Pike in the Airport Plaza shopping center. Its customers are airport personnel, industrial plant workers and other local businesspeople. The basic, functional decor is distinguished only by a multitude of lucky bamboo plants. The menu includes chicken, beef, shrimp, seafood, lamb and a small selection of vegetarian dishes. Well-executed American favorites such as sesame chicken and beef with broccoli are a good bet.

Never had better Chinese anywhere! My family loved this place! Too bad it went of out business in September 2007.

I love Chinese Garden! It reminds me of how Chinese restaurants used to be: dishes with distinct flavors, good, personal service and Chinese decor & dishes. My favorite dish is vegetable lo mein. It has tiny, tender pea pods, a variety of other vegetables and a delicate sauce with a distinctive flavor. It seems like so many Chinese retaurants use the same vegetables and spices in every dish, but each dish tastes differently at CG. I'm no fan of buffets, so we go on non-buffet nights for a quiet dinner.
Pros: Tasty food, traditional U.S. Chinese restaurant decor, good service
