Over The Top Customer Service. I recently was in charge of a teachers luncheon @ our school and needed something simple, delicious, and in our budget- something that would also say how special our teachers are to all of us. The young lady at Beckers took the time to lay out several suggestions- I decided to go with some of their homemade cookies iced and individually decorated- what an awesome display it provided for the table- not to mention how wonderfully delicious they were!!

Thank you Becker's Bakery for helping to make our luncheon extra special. You took time to help out, though we did not spend a lot- but I, as well as, the teachers that were treated to that special treat will definitely order from you for all our future bakery needs!!!!

Can't wait to experience your pies and cakes for my holiday festivites!…

Wow! Is what comes to mind!!!. I just ran across a review that wasn't 5 stars and all I could say is WOW! I wish I had the time and energy to tell of all the wonderful memories Becker's has been apart of in our famiy! All my birthday cakes, my childrens, and now my grandchildrens cakes have came from Becker's! Never to be dissappointed, but, each time quiet surprised! They seem to never change, but, when I request a 20 century cake! They always seem to pull it off! I cannot stress enough the value of family traditions! Without Becker's! I could never imagine!

With the holidays approaching~~

I do not want to forget how many times they have bailed me out of a pinch~time and time again I have called them the last minute because I cannot find time to bake a pie! They just say come on, that is why they are there!

Great desserts at Beckers!. I've enjoyed Beckers for a while now. Lots of birthday and celebrations coming up. I'm not much of a cake person but they were helpful in helping me order a large batch of cookies and petit fours. They did an awesome job and has helped me out in a pinch when I did not want to bake...Thanks Beckers, you came through for me again and again!…

HORRIBLE CAKE/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband ordered a cake from this bakery based on some good reviews he read... so before someone else makes that mistake again... here's your warning!! I would give them a 0 star, but this made me select at least one.

We ordered a VERY special cake for his Mom & Dad's over the hill 50th birthday party. The cake was to be a highlight of the party, sort of an over the top/icing on the night! =) Well, it was far from that! We had our grandma pick up the cake while we finished the last minute details & when she dropped it off, my mouth dropped! The decorations looked like my 3yr old had done them. When my grandma got there to pick it up (around 1:30) they told her it wouldn't be ready until 3:30 and that they had not even started on it! This cake was suppose to have some very unique details and I couldn't believe at 1:30, they had not even started decorating the cake?! I posted pics on here so that you could see the awful cake decorating. I had to run to Kroger and buy another cake and go to Party City to buy some decor to put on top. When we called to try and take the cake back, they refused and also refused to give us any refund whatsoever! It almost ruined the night! When they refused to take it back, I ate a piece of the **$80** cake & it was VERY dry! Not great at all!!!

Anyway, those who have had good experiences with this place, I'm glad for you... if you haven't tried this bakery yet... DON'T!!!!!!
