Fed Ex Kinkos there may be hope. I have gotten used to the sharp decline in quality and customer service at Fed Ex Kinkos ever since it was taken over. To my delight, the one on Donelson Pike had both. Suzanne helped me today; she was great and my work order was ready in moments.
