The Real Hair Color Experience.
The approach to hair color there is measured with attention to detail by using the skin tone and eye color as guides in the process. Natural-looking, shiny color with an edge, and you never see over processed hair coming out of there. Really not an everyday, what you see all the time approach to hair, but Stephen is most adept at explaining his techniques. He admits he is obsessive about hair integrity.
Cost is more than fair, and the products sold are wonderful.

Super Convenient, Super Nice, Great Attention to Detail. Salon Stephen may be the best kept secret in the Belmont-Hillsoboro area for hair care. The shop is directly across Belmont Blvd. from Belmont's Curb Event Center. Service and care is never rushed. Conversation is friendly. Hair care is always done just as I ask. These folks are wonderful!

Fabulous. I have been going for two years now to have my hair cut and colored. The service is lovely and very relaxed. I love to hear Stephen tell stories while I get my hair cut. He is a riot! Chloe usually does my hair and it always looks exactly how I want it. She even offers suggestions if she thinks my idea might not work.
