A Village Of Flowers

Never delivered my flowers. My husband planned on surprising me with flowers from this place on Valentine's Day, yesterday. He was told that they would be delivered by 11am but I never received them. I went the entire day assuming that he did nothing fo me. He contacted them multiple times that afternoon and was continuously told that they were "on the truck." My office closed at 5pm and still, no flowers. The only thing they did was refund his money. They offered to deliver them the next day instead, but that's not Valentine's Day and would be like a smack in the face. It would not have been such a big deal except yesterday was quite stressful anyway, being a Monday, and I'm a new mom. I could have really used the pick me up. Since the flowers were supposed to be my Vday gift, my husband did not have reservations for any retaurants and it was too late at that point to make any. I can honestly say that this place ruined my Valentine's Day. I would go elsewhere.…

2 Strikes And You're Out! Spend your money elsewhere!. I have received flowers from A Village Of Flowers, twice in the past 3 weeks. Both times, my arrangements came to me looking like they'd been sitting in a cooler for a week. The roses were black and crunchy, and everything except the greenery, was wilted. Both arrangements were sent to me from family out-of-town. I have been considering their florist for an event coming up, but I would rather use artificial flowers from Hobby Lobby than use their arrangements. I will be lucky if the flowers that my family paid good money for, stay together for a day. Shame on A Village Of Flowers!!!! I'm looking for a tactful way to tell my family to buy elsewhere. A Village Of Flowers sucks! I wish there was a way to give them a no star rating.…

Great to work With. My first choice of florists for my July wedding was Village of Flowers. I have used them in the past and was very pleased with their work. I met with Dora to discuss the details of the wedding. By the end of the consultation I was overwhelmed and somewhat frustrated. Then, after two weeks I had not heard anything from her. I emailed them and they told me it was due to the Valentine's Day orders and I would have it in two days. Another 10 days passed and I still had not heard from them. I finally emailed them again and within two days, Dora sent me the detailed proposal. I wanted to be upset but when I saw what she created it was amazing. The price was even better.
