I highly recommend Paint and Body Perfectors. I had an accident with my car the night before I was flying from Nashville to Maine for two weeks. So I had to find a company that would work with me long distance. I picked P&BP from a list given to me by my insurance company because they had an A+ record with the Better Business Bureau for 11 years. That high score is well-deserved. They picked my car up from the hotel where it was parked, fixed the damage completely and expertly, and returned the car to the same spot. in fact, if they hadn't left the protective paper on the floor of the driver's side, I would not have been able to tell my car had ever been damaged. The business is family-owned, and they like people and treat them as they would want to be treated. I never actually met them, but next time I'm in Nashville, I plan to stop by. This is the way businesses should be run!
Simply the best. From the minute you arrive for your estimate to delivery of your repaired automobile, you are treated like you are the ONLY customer! One of the owners John Blanks, is the person you will probably see for your estimate which is very competitive and fair. The business is very receptive to seniors and women and treat them with dignity and respect and do not try to take advantage of them because of their gender or age. The work is impeccable and they staff is great too! I have recommended them to my church listserve and everyone I know. If you want great service and quality work, PAINT & BODY Perfectors is the place to go! I really appreciate the shuttle service for my senior parent after he left his car and them coming and getting him to pick up his car. John and David have an excellent business that excels because of their "golden rule" philosphy. State of the art facility, Would not go anywhere else!
1993 LEXUS. I have had two experiences with this company. I had a 1993 Lexus that had damage to the front panel. They repaired it and repainted.. I could not tell the difference. I also had a 1991 Nissan Stanza that needed painting. It would have cost way too much for them but they recommmended a Franchise Company that could do it. It was a good job and I appreciate their helpfulness. Now I am haveing a 2007 Azera's hail damage corrected. I expect it too will be great.
ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. What incredible people! I was in a wreck and needed some minor repairs done to the body of the car. They got it done in 2 days, but when I picked it up, I got it down the road it broke down. This was due to previous problems and was not their fault, but the owner and his office manager sat with me until we were able to get it towed, and they even took me home. The owner of this shop is a stand-up man with a great heart. I am forever grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and incredible customer service!
Disappointing experience. I had the assembly and driver-side mirror on my Hyundai Sonata replaced; the assembly on passenger-side mirror was cracked but the mirror was intact and they were supposed to epoxy it back together. I was originally told the car would be ready the SAME day (that is, I could leave it in the morning and get it back by late afternoon). But that did not happen, of course. I had to leave the car for TWO FULL DAYS for a repair that should have taken three hours. I was told to pick up the car at 5:15; they closed at 5:30. So I got the rush job when I went to retrieve the car, and thus had no opportunity to talk with the service manager about the repairs. The repair on the driver-side mirror just looks OK; it does not look like they did anything to the passenger-side mirror. The paint on the driver-side repair does not really match the original color. I will not use this body shop again.
