I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for "is true they were cheaper, and trust me, I should have spent the extra money somewhere else. First of all I get a phone call telling me that my "Angel" is not going to be able to make my scheduled appointment time 2 days before the appointment because she is "on spring break" gimme a break, my "Angel" was in her 40's and has grown children.....then the day of my next scheduled appointment, I get a call from my "Angel" letting me know her car is broken down...no problem, we have all been there. On her voicemail she said just call the office they SHOULD be able to get someone out to you.....I called the office, and I am told I have to wait until my "Angel" gets her car out of the shop because she is the only one WILLING to drive to Spring Hill and she is not sure if she is even going to do that much longer.............if you have the extra cash call someone else.....if you don't have the extra cash and you want the cheap version, hire the girl down the street....DO NOT HIRE domestic angels!
Pros: The cleaner was polite.
Cons: The office staff and policies are awful

I was very very disappointed with this cleaning service. I used them for several weeks because they were advertised as a Christian agency in our church's bulletin, so I just kept giving them a second chance. There was only one girl that came and she said she was done cleaning my home in an hour. I have 2600 feet and it takes me and my husband at least 2 hours to clean the house thoroughly and accurately with both of us working. The job was sloppy and incomplete and she put our trash in our neighbors can to boot, which I thought was just incredibly embarrassing and rude. I did complain to the office (they were difficult to get a hold of) and they were very apologetic and offered to send someone else out, but I declined the offer and went with another cleaning agency. I would not recommend this cleaning service. There is no way for the office to follow-through that their cleaners are doing a good job other than if a homeowner calls and complains and then it's too late.
Pros: they were cheapers than others - but not worth it!
Cons: poor cleaning job, bad manners, high turnover of cleaners
