I dont usually take the time to write reviews about places, but I happened to stop in Tara's Florist on Nolensville Rd to order a Grandparents day gift and I was pleasantly suprised! The staff was so kind and helpful. They greeted me as I came in and asked to help me, but I wasnt sure what to send as a Grandparents day gift, so they helped me pick out the perfect item & they are going to deliver it for me. It was quick & easy! While I was there, another lady stopped in to buy some flowers for a friend. The staff helped her pick out the most sophisticated little floral arrangement! It had a square black vase with gorgeous yellow lillies and greenery and berries, it was beautiful! They even packed newspaper around the arrangement and placed it in a box so the lady could transport it easily. Wasnt that nice? While I was paying for my gift I noticed they had some traditional flowers in the cooler as well as some eclectic arrangements that really caught my eye. The next event or holiday that comes up, I am going to Tara's and let them help me. I only wish I had known about them before my wedding!!!

I received an arrangement for Valentines Day that had been order over the phone by my fiancé to start I was told by the sender that part of what she had ordered I had not received (Stuffed bear and balloon) When I call them that same afternoon the girl that I spoke with said they there at the shop and that it must have been over looked at time of the order was sent out to me and she would send it out to me the next day, but by noon they where not here! when I called back I got some one who said she was the manager and told me that I had received all that was order and paid for and she did not care what my fiancé said she did not see them there but she could not tell me why it was when I call the same day of the deliver I was told that they had forgot to send them out, also by this time I also had noted that the arrangement was looking Bad it was only 24hr old but wilted. I was quite dissatisfied with the quality and the why that she talked to we was just as she said “I DO NOT CARE “Then she told me there was nothing she was going to do about it and that I needed to call Telaflorist to get them to fix this in the time that I spoke with her she must have said “I do not care at leas five times. I would discourage anyone from using this florist because as I said she did not care!!!
Pros: That I never have to use them again
Cons: Only 24hr old but wilted, she did not care!!!
