Contractor of Integrity. Rick is easy to work with and a person of great character. During the course of our renovation project, I never once heard Rick speak harshly or in a cross or demeaning way to anyone; his crew, his sub-contractors or myself. He always tried to honor his word and worked to satisfy our requests. He was reasonable in his price, and the project itself turned out great. We are happy with the renovation he did for us, and the expanded space we now enjoy.

Two stories to illustrate Rick's character. Due to a mistake by one of his crew, we ended up with hardwood floors in our closets instead of carpet. Rick owned the mistake and took on the cost of the flooring in the closets. The second story concerns a french door I put in to access our deck. The threshold was not thick enough cover the gap between the interior wall and exterior brick. I needed a piece to extend the threshold, but I would have to take out the entire door system to attach the extension. Rick took on the problem and came up with a way to solve it without taking out the door, and he did it at his own expense. That's just the kind of guy he is.

Great company. I called Rick's Renovations @ 9:00am and he had the job done by 4:00 that afternoon. I called him back the following day b/c of a mistake I made and he came back out at no charge becouse "I will do anything to make you satisifed". I will use him again in the future for sure. Thanks CitySearch for a relibale and affortable contractor that I know will get the job done and do what ever it takes to make me happy.
