Unsatisfied. Way too expensive. $1200 to remove one branch from tree.

Best in the City -- they actually climb trees.. Incredible job at a reasonable price. I got three quotes and they were the lowest. That was not the deciding factor; I was impressed with Chris who walked my large lot and discussed what I wanted and what needed to be done with each tree.

I was adamant that my decades-old trees not be topped, and they assured me that they did not top trees. I had them do maintenance pruning on six trees that hadn't been touched since they were planted in the 50s. Could not have asked for a more beautiful job.

They also removed an enormous Elm tree that was dead without messing up my lawn. Every single twig was removed and carted away.

All the workers were courteous and very professional. They arrived on time, and did exactly what we agreed upon when they gave me my quote.

I could not have had a more positive experience.
