Dr. Henderson is no longer the vet over there and we got no notice at all that a new vet would be caring for our pets. They wanted to charge us for a full visit just to check our dogs eye (she had an infected spot above it) when Dr. Henderson checked the same spot 4 months ago and gave us a few antibiotics for it. The spot cleared up in 3 days. Instead the new vet wanted to check our dog out and run a full yearly on her when she had one back in August. I said she didn't need a new check up, just to have her eye looked at and they told me I would need to schedule a yearly anyway. We will be finding a new vet.

1. We wanted our carin terrier's face trimmed for a holiday trip, but we got her back with her face completely shaved. 2. The groomer was out. Rather than tell us this so we could bring our dog back later, they took her anyways and the receptionist did the cut. 3. We were told it would be $10 - $15, but they gave her flea and other medicine w/o consulting w/ us first, which was noted when we dropped off our dog (somehow the notes could not be found when it was time to pay)
