Poor delivery promises

We were promised that they will call 40 minutes prior to delivery time, but didn't honor that. My experience with their delivery is that is was not reliable, and the drivers didnt do what they are suppose to do once the appliance arrived. I wont shop HH Gregg again.

Poor customer service

I purchased an Amana refrigerator in 2006 from HH Gregg. I have been trying to get it repaired for weeks. I tried contacting the managers to get their help with the repair service (there are two managers at this store). Both ignored my letter. I will NOT buy from HH Gregg again.
