Caring, gentle, and MOST IMPORTANT the BEST at what they do. Dr. Somers removed BOTH bunions on my feet and there is NO scar - it's incredible and now I can walk, run and exercise all day with no pain. EVERY Hospital employee in Nashville will tell you this is the best foot/ankle surgeon in the Southeastern US.

Dr. Somers is awesome! He has treated me for 6 months. When nothing else helped, he operated.' He has the best bedside manner. He tells it like it is. He really listens to you and he loves to joke around with you and have fun. He even called me at home a few hours after my surgery to see if I was ok and to make sure I was eating. He gave my husband further instructions for my care. The post op instructions were very clear. I recommend him to anyone who is having any foot troubles!
Pros: He listens to you!, He is very friendly, he tells the truth
Cons: you wait awhile.
