overpriced/rude service

I was very disappointed in the conversations with the manager of the window cleaning service. he was rude, inflexible and condescending. the workers they have do a great job, but the flexibility and reasoning with pricing is very sub-par, and frankly, the manager of the window cleaning is not a good businessman. completely unreasonable. it was clear that we were going to be charged the maximum of the estimate no matter what the outcome of the job. i would never use them again. the positive side is that my windows do look great.
