Great Customer Service and Product

My friend's birthday was coming up and I wanted to send her flowers. She lives in Nashville, I in Pittsburgh. After miserable hours spent checking the usual online delivery services, I visited Citysearch and found this WONDeRFUL store.

I was able to order the bouquet online (at 3 a.m!), specify a date, everything. I was thrilled--until I learned that the bouquet was delivered the next DAY and not the following week as I had specified.

I called and asked that they kindly honor my original request and send a new bouquet ON her birthday, as stated on my order. No qustions asked, thy happily complied, free of charge to me.

Pretty awesome.

Note: the flowers that arrived were not nearly as colorful as those depicted on the website, but the arrangement was much larger and very tasteful.

Amazing flowers

Great customer service, and amazing design. I love it everytime my husband sends me flowers from Garden Delights, because they last for days and days.

Wonderful to work with

I have always liked the work done by Steve at Garden Delights, but my latest experience was the best of all previous ones. Steve made the most gorgeous centerpiece for my dining room table for a catered cocktail party we had recently. I went in with a photo of "the look" that I wanted and he improved on it and the result was fabulous. I think all the women at the party asked who has done such a fabulous arrangement. He really knows his flowers and is so creative and a delightful person to talk to. So many of the better floral designers are snobby and charge so high that they are not affordable by many. Steve is top quality, creative and more affordable, and he is just a genuinely nice guy.

Above and Beyond!!

Steve and the ladies at Garden Delights did the flowers for my April wedding. I had already met with 3 other florists before finding Steve. The main thing that turned me onto him were all the positive comments on this website. The flowers at my wedding were absolutely breathtaking. Steve and his employees went completely above and beyond anything I could have expected for the flowers. Everything was so much more than I had ever imagined and the arrangements really set the mood for the ceremony and reception. After my first initial meeting with Steve, I knew he was the florist for me. His creativity took my vision and turned it into a reality. I was so ecstatic with my flowers that when I saw Steve setting everything up prior to the ceremony I ran up to him and gave him a big hug. Everyone raved about the flowers. I would highly recommend him to anyone and am already planning to call on him for mother's day flowers.

Best and Most Helpful Florist in Town

I used Garden Delights for my wedding almost 3 years ago and they were wonderful! They were helpful with my bugdet and in picking out arrangements. The flowers for my wedding turned out beautiful and I still have the curly willow that was used in the centerpeice!! Since then I've used them for Mother's Day flowers and the flowers are always beautiful!!!
