Great vermicelli bowls and Pho.
Not a place for atmosphere but very reliable with their food (I too have sampled Vietnamese cuisine in SoCal :-) Try the vermicelli bowl with charbroiled chicken or with pork and BBQ shrimp - yum! Also quite good for pho. Seems less popular than the neighbor Kien Giang (sp?) but this place always has the better food. Their (cold) spring rolls wrapped in rice paper makes a good appetizer.

Not very good.
We were given cold spring rolls. They could've at least warmed them up in the microwave! The BBQ pork did not have the right flavor and the bean drink wasn't very good with the big Lima beans in it. We are originally from Southern California's "Little Siagon" so we know what things should taste like. This place fails the mark of acceptable Vietnamese food.

Great Cheap Eats.
I really love this place. As with most Vietnamese restaurants, it is very inexpensive. This place has the best spring rolls in town...very generous with pork and shrimp. And #58 on the menu is to die for. My husband and I usually share this entree along side a couple orders of spring rolls. Less than $13!
