Best Pad Thai in town!!!!!!. The pad thai is amazing! You can rate how spicy you want it from a 1-5. They are always very friendly and I do reccommend take out.

Look past the strip mall facade to discover a Thai oasis..
In Short
Hidden in a nondescript strip mall along White Bridge Road, Siam Cuisine is easy to overlook. Inside, contemporary furniture and low lighting create a pleasant atmosphere in the small, elongated dining room. The crowd is mainly couples looking for quiet conversation over a relaxed meal. Less adventurous diners will be pleased with standards such as pad thai. The curry dishes are light on meat, but offer the perfect balance of spiciness and rich, coconut creaminess.

Yum-luscious!. I thought the food was extremely delicious and complex in flavor. The portions were a little small (no left overs), but I sound like a piggy for saying that. I guess I'm just used to slightly larger portions. They were also able to sub tofu in one of the meat-based offerings, which means it's vegetarian-friendly. The staff was very friendly and the meal was paced very well (not too rushed or too much waiting between courses). Great experience overall!

Best Thai. The food is very tasty and is very reasonably priced. It is the most consistently good thai food in town. They are, however, a bit hesitant to spice it up to the five star "native thai" level when requested.

Tan-Thai-Lizing. I love Thai food and my husband and I can't decide whether Siam is better or The Orchid. Siam is more consistently good at any rate, and the service is great. Great wine list, too. Fairly romantic. You won't be disappointed.

Delicious!. So many of my colleagues recommend this restaurant - so we tried it this weekend. The menu descriptions were so tempting, we had a difficult time deciding what to order. Our dinners and appetizer were absolutely delicious and so well presented. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere warm and cozy. I like ordering tea - and getting a whole pot! The attention to detail will not disappoint. Please keep it up, Siam! This is one restaurant I plan to revisit soon. Thanks.
