The Skinny
In the Gallery's emphasis lies primarily, but not exclusively, on African-American art. The gallery hosts both photography and works of multicultural interest, reflecting the tastes of gallery owner and photographer Carlton Wilkinson. The Nashville African American Artists Association meets once a month at the gallery. Exhibits change six to eight times per year and feature artists of regional importance. In the Gallery is a founding member of the Nashville Art Dealers Association.
