garbage service. I moved to Smyrna Tennessee a month ago and Gray's gave me the service I needed. Highly recommend. them
Bad from the get-go. I started with them several years ago and was told they would provide a 96 gallon container. It never showed up even after several promises. Pick up were consistently missed and when I called them I was told "We'll catch you the next time." There is no consistent policy on holidays and they change their pick up dates and send you a letter 2 weeks later. Two years ago my bill began to show past due payments with no dates or explanations. Even though I went ahead and made an extra payment, it did not reflect the payment and continued to grow. I called on several occasions and was laughed at and told "Don't worry, that's just the way they do it." This is just the tip of the iceberg, there's more and more and more. These people are the most difficult people I have ever had to deal with. They will be notified of a discontinuance by mail today.
Very happy with my service. This company has been very good about picking up on scheduled days. I have been in my home in lavergne for 6 years and only once a week was missed. I called and they came out that very day to get it. When I call abt extra needs for p/ups they come every time! No complaints at all. Very thoughtful and kind over the phone.
Very pleased with my service. I have been very pleased with my service. One day I forgot to push my can to the curb and they walked up and got it. Great service, and great when I've called the office when I lost my bill.
F rating with Better Business Bureau. Gray's F rating with the Better Business Bureau most likely comes from their charging you for a full month yet only picking up your garbage half the month as well as their failing to respond to such complaints. My garbage hasn't been picked up in nearly 3 weeks. I'm canceling this service and filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have one better. I live in Florida. One of thier employees has been using my social security number since early 2008. When i found out i called to speak with the owner to straighten this out. He put the woman on who was using it and she called me a crackpot even though I CAN prove my idenity. After many calls to my local police, IRS, credit bereaus,banks etc. The owner called and said the payroll company made one digit mistake and that is why she has been using my ss #.

Cancel this service they dont dispose properly. These people at grays disposal dumped my garbage in a contractors dumpster spilling all over the ground and out into the street, the contractor was dylan brooks and scott 615-568-1916. My personal information was out there perscriptions, bank statements, etc. if you want to risk identity theft, or you dont mind paying someone to dump your personal garbage in alleys and in ditches in the middle of the night then hire these guys or just call the contractor, he will tell you. join together we can stop this from happening.
Worst trash pick-up service ever!!!. If you like paying for trash service and not being served, go with this company. They can go weeks without picking up your trash and offer no explanation. I would rather pay more for reliable service. They are terrible!!!
nope, not picking up our garbage either. It's been two weeks in a row now. So we're paying them and yet we still have to haul it off ourselves. It stinks, flies everywhere. The woman in customer service will not help you. Really fed up.
