Wouldn't recommend for long moves

Moved in July 08 from Nashville, TN to WA state. First, you have to pay for the U-Haul (I was a little uncomfortable with my name on the truck) but was acceptable. Packing crew was very friendly and efficient. However, not everything fit on the truck, which I found out after fortuitously returning to the house to find all of it. When I asked Catfish about this, he asked if I had any suggestions?! He did eventually agree to come get it but with no clear idea as to how to get it to me. Then, a couple of days into the move, he called and asked me to wire him $2000 for "gas money" because his funds were "tied up." I refused and he somehow managed to get here anyway. Minimal damage to our stuff, but did not receive the left behind goods for 3 weeks (shipped via Greyhound to a town 15 miles away, and not all of it was present). In short, they have a good work ethic and probably heart in the right place, but thoroughly unprofessional.
- Pros: minimal damage
- Cons: didn't get everything; asked for more money
Did the job wonderfully!!

Windell and Doug were great!! The professionally came in and moved my stuff and got out of there. I would recommend them any day and definately use them again. However, they did have those hidden costs that I didn't know about so definately ask about additional costs. But with that said, they're still the best deal in town. I called everywhere and nobody could beat their price. Other than getting them from Kroger, Catfish even gave me heads-up on the best place in town where I could get boxes for cheap! He gave me a courtesy call after Doug and Windell arrived to make sure everything was good. And it was. I hate moving but these guys made it easier on me. The name may be unconventional, but you can't beat'em and the service was great!
- Pros: Overall cost
- Cons: Additional fees
Exemplary!

What a wonderful moving company. We moved 4/26/2008 and found them to be warm and inviting. Although it rained a bit while they were working, it was as if it was not. They worked just as hard. Best price in town however there were a few add-on fees that I was not told so ask before you say ok. Oh, they do not charge extra for insurance of course, they don't have too because they are professionals. I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend that you give them a try.
- Pros: Best price in town
- Cons: Hidden fees
