Replacement windows

I just want to say how pleased that I am with my Centurion replacement windows. I am sure that I could have gotten cheaper windows, but I think you get what you pay for. It has made a tremendous difference in the warmth of my house. These windows will pay for themselves in the next few years and also help when I sell my house. I would definitely recommend to others.

Salesman a no show

We scheduled a Saturday morning appointment to get a quote on replacement windows. The sales person never showed up and we never got a call letting us know they were not going to be able to make it to the appointment.

If they can't let us know they will not be able to make the appointment I sure won't trust them to do the work.

Overpriced replacement windows

I recently had a unique situation where I was getting bids on replacement windows for a home in a historic neighborhood. I told the salesman that I needed a bid as quickly as possible, and he told me I'd hear from him the next day. A week later he called me with a bid of over twice the cost per window as compared to several comparable or more reputable companies. I would not recommend this company for replacement windows based on customer service and prices from comparable or better companies being much much less. I'm giving two stars because I believe that products they were offering were quality.
