Awesome Nashville Taxi Service. I used Music City Taxi and will continue to only them when ever visiting Nashville. I received exceptional service. The driver even walked into the building, on a rainy day, to make sure it was the correct location before dropping me off as the building was not marked properly. He was extremely polite, on time and definitely went above and beyond! I felt very safe and a valued customer with Music City Taxi!

Great Service!!!!. I've used Music City Taxi on several occasions for both business and pleasure. They are reliable, courteous, and trustworthy. I would not take my taxi needs to any other company in the city!!

Total Failure. Called two hours ahead of time to reserve a Taxi on New Years Eve. When the time comes, no taxi. Called main number over and over and no one would answer. Taxi never showed, no call from them, nothing. These jacka$$es are the worst of the worst. I would _NEVER_ count on them to be where they say they are going to be when they say they are going to be there. If being somewhere on time (or at all) actually matters to you (e.g., movie, dinner reservations, flight), go somewhere else. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Friendliest and Most Reliable Taxi Service in Nashville. I live in Nashville and very close to the airport so a Taxi service is perfect for my frequent travels. I use Music City Taxi/American Taxi every time.. I use them because they are reliable, but most of all reliable and friendly! I have had many a cab ride from OTHER taxi services and they complain about the drive, talk on the phone or do not help me with my luggage to the door. Music City is the ony one in town I use or will continue to use. Mistakes happen but I have never had a problem once with them, typically they are at least 5 minutes early! I would highly recommend them for anyone visiting or who anyone who is looking for a reliable taxi service.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE. after waiting half an hour for a cab that I was told would be here in "less than ten minutes," I phoned again. A conversation took place with the dispatcher and another man in the office, arguing about what happened to my order. This went on for some time until he apologized, saying the order had been dropped on the floor, so no one had been sent out. I reluctantly agreed to wait again. Five minutes later a cab driver called asking if I could give him directions to my house. I told him I could not and that I would call another (higher functioning) company. He insisted that he would "find it with a map" and here I sit still, typing this review. I am sure the people I am meeting downtown have already left. Amazing incompetence.
