The visit to have dinner at dalts grill Sunday night was an absolute disaster. I specifically asked the waiter for unsweetened tea because I am a diabetic. He brings me sweet tea. I asked him for extra ice, he asked like it was a job. My wife's order was brought to her completely wrong. She asked for potato soup, he brought her a baked potato. I asked for chicken fajita and he brought me a combination steak and chicken plate. A couple sat down next to us about 10 minutes after we had placed our order and they received their food first. After enough was enough, I asked for the manager. After the managers response, which was nothing but lame excuses, I have come to the conclusion that we, Nashville people, should vote with our money. I left the waiter a 50 cent tip so he could buy a newspaper and look for a job that he is good at. Not only did he not listen, he came across as if he was doing us a favor. Waiters and waitresses think that if you sit at their table, you automatically owe them a 20% tip. Don't endorse their service. I would never recommend dalts grill on white bridge road to anyone.

Out of this world!!. Everything, food was outstanding, kids menu is unique and music was pleasant not too loud. We just felt comfortable and the service is always superb.

Great Food Great Place Great Service. I love Dalt's. I have never had a bad dish there. I once was with someone who ordedred something and it came with a topping the person didn't care for and the server was very responsive and brought out another dish minus the offending topping even though it really was the customers fault because the item was listed in the descrition. Great food and great customer service. I love the Summer Melt. Almost everthing is made from scratch! The chips for the salsa are warm, they have a wood fired pizza oven, the onion rings are homemade.

LOVE the quality of service here! Best layed back bar/grill in town!. I just want to say how much I love Dalt's. If you would like something that isn't on the menu, they will do their best to satisfy your needs. Drinks and specials are great.

Actual dead R O A C H in my food!!!!!. I don't leave a lot of reviews, and normally if I was asked to give one on Dalts, I would say 'I like to go there' and 'their food is good'... But tonight was a different story!!!!! And one that has made me SICK to my stomach! I ordered the fajitas and a side salad which is my normal choice there. I always end up bringing part of the fajitas home because they give you big portions... Well, tonight, after already moving a lot of the items around on my plate so I could get to the lettuce (which was placed under the pico and sour cream and guacamole), I go to transfer all the items I like in to my 'to-go' box. I looked down and under my sour cream, there was this dark long thing that I, AT FIRST, thought was maybe a bad tomato or onion from the pico... But, as I pulled the item out from underneath the sourcream and lettuce, I looked at my fork, and I had just pulled out a dead R O A C H. After holding the fork up and seeing the R O A C H on it's back showing it's legs, I dropped the fork and ran to the bathroom... and you guessed it... I threw up in Dalt's restroom. The manager came over and said there was no excuse, but then blamed it on the exterminator that comes to spray the place. Even though we had just paid (right before I found the R O A C H), he said he PROMISED the transaction would not go through. He then walked away... he never asked my name... he never got my phone number or contact information to check to make sure I was ok... he never asked me to fill out a report so, in case I got mad at the restaurant for serving me a dead R O A C H, he would have it on file... Guess that was smart of him. Anyway, long story even longer, I would NORMALLY give Dalt's a good review... but after tonight and my dead R O A C H fajitas, I NEVER want to step foot anywhere near that restaurant. Hope you guys don't have the same experience that I just had!

Good service, good food, what else is there?. I and my fellow softball players started our second season yesterday and thought we would go to dalt's to finish off the day. We were regulars during last season and knew this was a place we didn't have to worry about. As usual, a smiling face met us at the door and we went straight to table. The young lady that waited on us was great. Full of charm and a banter that made you feel like friends. The food was quick, warm, and tasty. The beer was great! We've come to think of Dalt's as Old Faithful. Everytime is a great time. I just wish they had one in Goodlettsville. Make this a regular stop when you're out. Thanks Dalt's

Stay away from the pasta!!!. I visited Dalt's yesterday around 1:00pm, and i must say its a pretty nice place. My only problem was the pasta. I ordered the Pasta Primavera, There wasnt enough alfredo on the pasta, the vegetables tasted like they were raw and not even cooked for a minute. No matter how much salt and pepper i added, there was still not taste of it. After my pasta was on the table for about 5 mins, it got real dry and i simply couldnt eat it anymore. On the bright side i recommend the baked potato soup. It was awesome!! Also, another plus was the service, our waiter was really nice and i noticed that the staff washed their hands VERY often. So overall it was a good place, just stick with the hamburgers, and stay away from the pasta!!!

good quick food. all of the people are very nice, the food is decent, and the location is convienent. i would recommend Dalts if you want a casual meal, but not fast food.

Great Friendly Service (with a smile). We had diner around 7:30pm tonight and the place was very busy. However, there was plenty of well lighted parking as well as wheel chair accessible ramps. We had no wait for our table and hardly had time to sit before being greeted by our friendly waiter David, who had drinks and rolls on the table within seconds. There was a lot going on around us, very busy, but everything seemed so well maintained. The food was fast and the best we've had in some time. The price was beyond reasonable for the quality and quantity. The kitchen seemed very busy, yet our food was on the table within minutes of ordering. The manager on duty must have burned 1500 cal. while we were there, running around assisting servers, the kitchen, guests, and constantly cleaning and sweeping the restaurant. He seemed to know all the guests who dined this evening and will soon know us as well. The restrooms looked like they are cleaned every 15 minutes, which says tons for how well they must maintain the kitchen. We just moved to the area and can't believe we've lived without this place for so long, we're HOOKED!! And they DELIVER TOO!! I'll never have to cook again!! You MUST TRY THIS PLACE. Oh yea, there is a beautiful mural of downtown Nashville from what looked to be the early 30's across the entire front of the diner. It was a great conversation piece and brought back fond memories of days past when going out for dinner was a plesent family experience.

The ribs are fantastic!!!!. I've driven past Dalt's a million times and can't believe I have never stopped in before now! I've eaten there twice in the last week since discovering it. Dalt's boasts a very cool and classy environment and offers the speed, hospitality and food quality I expect! I was shocked when I ordered ribs that cost less and tasted BETTER than what Calhoun's(uh.. a ribs place) offers right next door!

I will highly recommend Dalt's to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!
