excellent service. I wanted to inform you of the excellent service provided by Dave. A couple of weeks ago he repaired my stove, and recently I had some follow-up questions. I left a message at the service counter and he returned my phone call with very good customer service. Unfortunately, quality service does not seem to be an integral part of many businesses, and it is not often I have the opportunity to recognize it. I hope A1 considers Dave a valuable employee and recognizes him for his quality service.
