Wonderful customer service

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at B.Hughes. I went to several other stores in the area and they were either very high pressure or snooty. My rep, Anne, really worked with me to find the perfect dress. She was so fun to work with and gave me honest opinions to help me narrow down a dress without pressuring me into the more expensive ones. She even picked out my dress for me! I never would have picked it and I LOVE it!!! It is my dream dress! I highly, highly recommend them!

Poor Customer Service

I was told that my bridal shoes would come in in 2-3 weeks and scheduled my dress fitting accordingly. When the shoes hadn't come in by the day before I inquired and was told that the shoes had shipped. I scheduled my second fitting accordingly. When they hadn't arrived again by the day before the second fitting, I called five times and was told that someone would get back to me and no one ever did. When I called a sixth time I finally got an answer: the shoes had been backordered, had not in fact shipped and that they were being dyed that day. Instead of a forthright apology, the staff member I talked to blamed the situation on an intern.

Good customer service

B. Hughes had the best customer service out of the high end bridal shops I've been to. The other stores I visited were very snooty when I said I only wanted to try on bridesmaids dresses. The clerk was nice and very helpful, even while knowing that I am on a budget. I will be going back to B. Hughes to purchase my gown.
