Patrick and Ginger are really great people and do excellent work.

We lived in Nashville in 1996, found Patrick and Ginger, but had to move away. Since we still lived in TN, we were able to keep the Adams's agency as our representatives for State Farm. I was very much relieved, because each time I've moved it's been hard to decide who to do business with, and we already trusted and liked the Adams's very much.

We spent 3 years in Memphis and we've been living in Maryville, south of Knoxville, for 6 years now, and we intend to keep Patrick and Ginger as long as we can. We haven't even seen them or they us for almost ten years now, but they still manage to be available to us and give us good advice. They are so friendly and helpful they amaze us. They've offered us very useful tips many times, and they always follow up and do what they say they'll do. In this "era" those admirable actions are not so easy to come by.

We're both 68 years old, so we've seen quite a few insurance agents and agencies and companies. We're very please to have such good care now.
