In Short – No area alley can match Melrose Lanes' history, stretching back to its birth during World War II. And no area alley can match Melrose's two floors of lanes. The upstairs is for the occasional bowler. Meanwhile, the regulars play downstairs, where lanes are also available for private rental. Melrose also has brews, video games, greasy food, old shoes and plenty of regulars.

Old school bowling at its finest!!! This Place has great lanes. May be a little old, but when something goes wrong with a lane they get right on it!
- Pros: crowd (melting pot), employees, historical
- Cons: , a little dirty, parking (sometimes)

i don't know why this always gets great reviews, they need major improvements, something always happens to our lane, we can't ever find a ball that works. the atmosphere is fun because it's old, but every thing is old. i'm sorry, but it's true.
- Pros: old charm, has beer and bar
- Cons: , ball selection poor
