I love Clipper & Co. The owner, Helen works wonders with my hair. Everyone is so friendly. It's like visiting with friends. No stuck-up hair snobs here -just great service & beautiful haircolor with reasonable prices as a bonus!

I have been a personal customer of Helen Powers (the owner) for many years. About 2 years ago I had to move to the East TN area (200 miles away) Just like many of us money is harder to come by BUT I will say this... I save my money, I drive 200 miles for Helen to color and cut my hair. I will continue to do this for as long as she lets me. She is not only a great professional but I consider her one of my dearest friends. I am honored to be her customer!

If you are searching for a salon for a haircut or color . This is a great,friendly business .Everyone is so nice and I got a great cut. I felt very comfortable in their relaxed atmosphere and the haircutter did not rush and took her time to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted.

I have been going to Clipper & Co. for over 20 years and Helen is the only one that has ever done my hair. She is the best. I have never seen her rude to any client, even thought there were some I don't know how she controlled herself.She has always gone out of her way to accomodate her clients even picking them up for their appointments if necessary.She has always been there for appointments even when the clients were late or sometimes not even showing up and will be gracious when they call with whatever excuse for not showing up.The only times I have ever seen rescheduling was the client calling for reschedule and then she was always accommodating.I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I had the worst experience with Clipper & Co. The owner, Helen, does not follow through with appointment times. She will call and reschedule several times before finally deciding the day of what time she can see you. When I finally made an appointment with a new stylist she called and yelled, "so this is the thanks I get, huh?". She will ask you to pay her in cash or write a check to her personally so she "doesn't have to report it to the IRS". She is rude and unethical. Go somewhere else...ANYWHERE else.

GREAT service & haircare with local salon. After visiting several different salons in recent years, I finally found my hairdresser at Clipper and Company. Helen is my stylist and she really knows her stuff. She knows all about haircolor that doesn't damage your hair and she knows the right way to cut your hair also. She does listen to you when you tell her your preferences which hasn't been my experience in the past. I love how my hair looks when I leave there and know I look my best for at least a day until I sleep on the styling :-). I highly recommend you try Clipper and Co.

Outstanding highlights and service at Clipper & Co!. I've been going to Helen at Clipper and Company for almost 2 years and absolutely love the highlights I get there! Helen takes her time and watches my hair carefully when highlighting my dark brown hair with gold & cinnamon colors. I always get compliments on my haircolor and am happy to recommend Helen at Clipper & Company. And, to top it off, her prices are very reasonable. Try them out and see for yourself!

Friendly, Local Service with a Smalltown Feel. I went to this salon for the location and the pri ce. Helen, the owner, set me up with an appointment the same day and spent over an hour with me. She listened really well and even cut my hair how I wanted it when she thought it would be better a different way. It is 2 minutes from my house so it is extremely convenient and the price is unbeatable in the area. She was very personable and I had a nice time chatting why my hair was being cut. I would recommend this hair salon to anyone who is looking for a nice place in the area without spending a bunch of mon ey. Thumbs up.
