Worst alterations service, unprofessional. I was extremely dissatisfied by my experience at this place. I had 1 pair of pants hemmed and after paying full price, I went home and tried them on, only to find that 1 leg was longer than the other and they were still too long. I took them back to have them fixed and not only did she not have them ready when she said she would, she charged me full price (again) to have them fixed. She got mad at me for questioning this unfair bill and told me it was my fault the pants were improperly hemmed the first time because I "wore the wrong shoes." That does not make ANY sense. It should not take 6 trips and$24 to have 1 pair of pants hemmed so I will not be bringing this establishment any further business.
