GREAT STAFF WONDERFUL PRODUCT

Smith & Rogers did my wedding last October. The staff was exceptionally helpful and experienced. My flowers were great. I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful wedding. Everyone went above and beyond to cater to my every want and need. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They provided all the flowers I requested. They are great.

Very disappointing and difficult to work with.

I used this florist for my wedding on December 9, 2006 and unfortunately was very disappointed. The designer was difficult to work with, always seemed distracted, and did not listen to what I wanted. If you use them, make sure they write down exactly what you're saying, or you could end up with anything and in my case, that was not good. The delivery of the flowers was late and that started a chain of events that negatively affected the timing of the whole day. From corsages to centerpieces, the flowers and designs were not what I asked for. Very frustrating since I had provided pictures. Most disappointing of all, my bridal bouquet was nothing like the photograph I provided to them and I was bitterly disappointed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this florist to others for such an important day.

OUTSTANDING

Smith &Rogers did my wedding on 7-30-04 the flowers were unbelievable and the designers were the best to work with. They went out of there way to get the flowers that i wanted to make my day special and we received many complements on the flower designs and my recption tables. I would like to say way to go your the best!!!!!!!!!
