NAshville WArehouse Tire BOBBY DEAL. When you find an honest mechanic, its like a gold mine. For several years now I have been taking my cars and my friends cars to Bobby for whatever was wrong. They handle engine as well as tires and undercarriage work. Several occasions Bobby Deal has saved me hundreds of dollars with honest estimations and evaluations, while others had promised me that i needed unnecessary work. One friend was adamant he needed a new tire, and Bobby inspected and said your tires are fine! and now 9 months later, we are there getting tires for this person. honesty is so hard to find in a mechanic. Don't put stock in unsigned negative reviews. I've known Bobby Deal for 30 years. Over the years he has provided me with outstanding service...does what I ask and charges a fair price. Terrible crooks. Don't trust this guy unless you just WANT to be ripped off of your hard-earned cash and not feel good about a transaction. I called for a quote on a certain brand of tires, take my truck up there, get it home, and he charged me MORE for the cheapest brand around. I take the truck back up there and he replaces with no apology, and makes not concession for the inconvenience of my time. I realize a week later that he put slightly used tires on and one doesn't even match the other. RIDICULOUS!…

VERY UNSATISFIED. First of all, I'm a very forgiving person. I've never written anything negative about a company online. Having said that... When I had my tires mounted on my wheels at Nashville Warehouse Tire one of the tires was damaged by an employee during the mounting process. Instead of telling me, they mounted the tire anyway, putting my family and me in danger. Another tire company notified me of the shady work and said the tire could have blown out at any moment.

I respectfully approached the owner, Bobby Deal, and asked if he could just refund part of the labor cost, as to offset the cost of the new tire I had to buy. He immediately crossed his arms and rudely said "absolutely not". I had to cover the entire cost of the new tire myself, even though the company was at fault.

They may do good work at times, but I've had two bad experiences at Nashville Warehouse Tire and will never be returning.…
