petsmart grooming

Well I guess you've never had a bad day in your life!! My husband and I take our dog there to get groom all the time. But one day my husband dropped the dog off and really didnt know anything about grooming. So the groomers did what my husband said to do. When I picked up it wasn't what we usually got. My husband told them to leave the hair longer instead of shorter. SO even though it was me and my husband's fault, they fix the groom for us and apologize even though it wasn't there fault. EVERYONE HAS BAD DAYS and some people just expect people to roll over for them because they think they are perfect. Come to think of it, the girl's name was Holly and she was very understanding about the miscommunication between me and my husband. She was very nice and professional.

Unprofessional Groomer, Apathetic Management.

Ive been going to this pet smart for all my pet needs for over 5 years, Started using the groomers the last 5 months.The last time I took my dog in for the full treatment (cut, style, teddy bear face, chin shaved, under body shaved) When he was presented it looked like a child had cut his hair.It was chopped carelessly.He hadn't been washed,eyes were filthy, dirty on the underside of his tail. I pointed this out to the girl at the computer.She shrugged and handed my dog to a girl sweeping the floor "even the top".She explained that his groomer Holly had left early because she had a sunburn.He was thrust in my arms & I ignored. I got home called &asked for a manager to call me back.I had to call back.When I did reach her,she was very pleasant and said that I could make an appointment for a redo.So I did.Holly didn't ask me what was wrong or what I wanted she just told me to come back. I returned when they said he was ready. I found he was hardly touched. his face dirty and his chin untouched. She had basically only trimmed his back and a lil on his ears. I asked to speak with her my tone very civil. I was ignored. I asked again a girl walked to the back of the room opened a door and whispered something to someone behind the door. She returned not saying anything. I asked again if Holly could please come out. The girl didn't look at me but mumbled "she is on a break & can't come out and talk to you". That is when I said in a very gruff way "Tell her to come out here now" One of the rude girls called for a manager.Holly came from the back her hands on her hips & said "What is YOUR problem NOW". I said in a calm voice that she didn't do a good job the first time, never apologized, and on the redo didn't do a good job again.She said "Well excuse me for having a sunburn & not feeling well! I won't apologize" very haughty and sarcastic. The manager put up his hand to silence her.But he didn't do anything. I'll not return Nor will my family &network of pet foster parents
