Foot Surgery
by ann56
The overall facility was very good. The staff was courteous and everything was on a positive note.
I have had trouble with the billing department. My insurance has sent payment and now Centennial owes me $464.64 which I haven't received as yet. (Called about this on October 18, 2005. This is now October 30, 2005.
I am having surgery again at Centennial Surgery Center on November 16. Obviously I like the Center or I wouldn't go back.
Thanks

More than just a hospital

I had foot surgery at CSC May 24. I was very impressed with the place.
At CSC, I never even saw the other people who were having surgery. The Anesthesiolost was very gentle and friendly and checked back with me a few times after inserting the IV. He listened to everything I said and I felt like he tailored my surgery to my medical history. The nurses also checked on me frequently. I felt it was more personal. Instead of there being 15 people to be watched, there were about 4 of us. It made things a lot less scary. There were also less people around when I left in the wheelchair. So I didn't feel like the whole world was watching me. If i have to have surgery again, I will go to CSC!
- Pros: more personal care, quiet, Less expensive
- Cons: There, are, none!
