for people who want to work out not hang out

i have been a member of the baptist wellness center for over 2 years. while a member at other gyms i felt as if i were at a social gathering or a singles club rather than at a gym. the wellness center has a state of the the art weight room and cardio room. it has an indoor track, an olympic size swimming pool, whirlpool, saunas and steamroom. they also offer massage therapy and plenty of extra classes that are included in the price. their trainers are all college certified not like other gyms that just hire big bulked up people to train you. this is not merely a "gym" but a wellness center where health is the goal not size or appearance.

I go to the gym to workout. Not to be bothered, or to feel bad about myself. There you do your own thing and nobody bothers you or makes you feel bad about yourself. The staff is great, and very supportative. It is a great place to workout.
