Thank you for donating to Tanastacia Skin Studio!. This is one of the nicest flower shops with even nicer people working inside. I definately recommend seeing them for beautiful flower arrangements!

Rebecca donated a flower center piece for our Grand Intro Bash at Tanastacia Skin Studio. It looked amazing with our colors and we received so many compliments.

We will remember Emma's when we are booking for future events and will use them!

Will Never Use Emma's Again - Terrible Customer Service. Will never use Emma's again - combines inability to deliver on promises with possibly the worst (and unapologetic) customer service I have encountered in a long time. Ordered two sets of flowers to be delivered to my wife's office for our anniversary. Was very, very specific that one order was to arrive in the morning, and the second to arrive later in the day - Emma's staff assured me that this would happen. Well, it didn't - both orders arrived at exactly the same time. Called Emma's to find out what went wrong and to let them make it right and their "suggestion" for fixing the situation was to take one order of flowers back from my wife (that she had already received) and then re-deliver them again later in the day!!!!! This was their attempt to make the situation right - to take back flowers they had already delivered and re-deliver them - I had to ask the customer service person to repeat themselves because at first I thought she was just joking. If they can't get a simple request right, and especially if this is how they attempt to "fix" issues that they created, then I will never use Emma for flower delivery again.

***BUYER BEWARE***. Flowers were wilted & nothing like it was supposed to be. Tried to work it out with several people. Delivery was late & service very poor but was assured that everything would be great. Very disappointed because though their reputation was a great one in Nashville. When asked what would make me happy, they went with alternative choice. This obviously left me even more incensed but realized that there was no point. The event was ruined and their words meant naught, since they did not deliver on any count. Unless you're planning on being on top of them on all counts and still expect to "take a chance", I would not recommend going to this florist. They are a rip off and their work is less than mediocre.
