Western Brew – Located in the former Union 5 Coffee at the back of Broadway Music Consignments, Sip of Seattle was started by former Seattle residents who send away for the real deal. As a result, the coffee's a little more expensive, but you get Starbucks-like taste without the Starbucks corporate feel. – – The Tunes – Just as Union 5 did, Sip of Seattle hosts music nights. Now, though, the fare is exclusively gospel/contemporary Christian. Sip of Seattle mixes open-mic nights and established artists, along with a Sunday night "Liquid Faith" service.
