5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

My friend wanted to meet at Alektor because of their vegetarian friendly menu. He had the tuna melt (hes one of those fish eating vegetarians) and said it was a tasty treat. I had the oh-so- scrumptious spinach lasagna. It was very delicious and filling. Goat cheese can be added to the top of the dish but I felt it had enough flavor and was glad I opted for the lasagna with out it. It was served with a yummy bread stick & a little side of some fruit that was a nice way to finish my lunch. That atmosphere is charming & soothing. The owners were lively & friendly. I think this place is a new favorite slightly hidden treasure!

Pros: Friendly owners, Great food, Cozy and soothing

Cons: Parking

To my knowledge, there is no place like Alektor Cafe in middle Tennessee. What a wonderful place. You can enjoy tasty food (even with some vegan selections!) in a spiritually enlightening environment: smell incense, view ancient icons, read ancient manuscripts, and investigate spiritual deep thinkers. If you're looking for food for the soul as well as the body, this is the place to go.

Pros: friendly, great books, good prices

Cons: limited parking, limited seating
