Most UNWELCOMING place i have ever been to!.
Hello, my name is James,, and i have been visiting this place called "cafe coco" or what it should be called "filthy old shack with trashy drunken people", for quite some years now, - here and there
that is... however, last nights most unfriendly service with the depressing looking and unfriendly staff member dude with the long hair, really put a nail on the vibe it should and could have been.
he was like:" yeah, what ? ... bla bla bla... not really forming a question towards me and my friend nor greeting us in any friendly manner, we took from it that we where to go ahead and order some food. A little afterwards i had ordered another drink, which he fortified and prepared right after handling a dirty floor mat right in front me and then using his dirty hands, without following restaurant standards and health service protocol , by wearing some damn latex kitchen gloves -just like every other Jimmy Johns restaurant on planet earth, to arrange the lid of my drink ( which was supposed to be hot)... oh yeah and also the money transaction all in one. Above all... almost no real words where exchanged, due to his lack of actually wanting to seem as if he cared to provide somewhat great costumer service. Alos, what;'s up with this police dude hanging out every time visit this "cafe". He might be looking out for some crime or what not, but why must i be starred at by him, as if he was into me? Like really, what's up with the gayness? I feel wrong for being straight when i sit down and see a police man starring at me ..EVERY time i am there.
Cafe Coco really messed up big this time. I hope they can understand what it means to operate a damn restaurant... as for me ... Cafe Diko has permanently LOST ME AS A good Paying COSTUMER! :: )i am happy to spend my hard earned money elsewhere! perhaps the future will build a better more welcoming and non bias restaurant in out community.

Yum Yum!. Turkey Rockafeller with Tater tots!
Great food, Great atmosphere, Not so great service. I love Cafe Coco and have been going there since junior high school. One drawback is that you have to squeeze through crowds and struggle to find seating for you and those with you. The Turkey Rockafeller is the best sandwhich on the menu and my favorite drink is the Honey Nut Cheerio. I have gotten my things to go on more than one occasion due to some obnoxious customer, but that's just part of Coco's. :) If I could change anything, it would have to be the long lines and wait times. I will usually make a quick stop for my coffee and I have yet to make it out in a reasonable amount of time. If you got the time and patience, it's worth the wait.…
Never even got our lunch!. We went for lunch and had an appointment we had to keep. We waited in a line of maybe 10 people and then placed our order. After we had placed our order, a person came up and asked where their food was. The order taker said it was the next ticket. Fifteen minutes later, they got their food. There were at least 5 orders ahead of ours (You can tell because the tables waiting have big green numbers). At that rate, we would have waited over an hour for two sandwiches. We told the order taker we had to leave and they would not refund our order. Not impressed and won't go again.…
Ended up here when another restaurant was closed and we love. We ended up here when a nearby restaurant was closed, and boy were we glad. We loved the atmosphere and the hip scene on the outside porch. There was a wonderful blend of baby boomers and college aged folks during the linchtime hour. We will definitely return!…
