In Short – It's one of Nashville's hidden treasures. Hidden in the back of a shopping center on West End, this place is takeout and delivery only. Prime among its menu items are the five varieties of mai fun--thin rice noodles stir-fried with chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, or a combination of those ingredients. Four paper-thin pancakes come with orders of pork, chicken, shrimp or vegetable moo shu (think Chinese burritos) make great picnic items.
pros & cons

I agree with everyone about their kid answering the phone. We are new to nashville and tried 5 different chinese restaurants before settling on this one. This first time I tried it I ordered mooshu pork and hot and sour soup. Would not recommend either of these. However, I was introduced to their garlic chicken which is pretty good. The combination comes with an egg roll and pork fried rice for under 7. I can't ever finish it all. If you are in the neighborhood and want food delivered it's a good place. However, if you live/work somewhere that is not near by - i would not recommend. There are only 3 of them working there - you can't expect fast delivery, especially around a busy lunch time. And careful with what you order - some is good and some is bad. It's a hole in the wall chinese place. Don't expect greatness.
Annoyed

They are the only Chinese restaurant that delivers where I live and I've had two bad experiences.
The first time, the lobster lo mein was fine except for one little thing. There was no lobster. It was crawfish. Luckily, I love crawfish, so I just laughed about it. Did they really think no one could tell the difference? And the hot and sour soup was... gross. I couldn't pin down what was wrong with it, but it was gross.
The second time, I asked for a simple substitution of rice noodles instead of rice. I was ready to pay a little more for it, but they said no. I have no idea why they couldn't. The rice is cooked separately as are the noodles. And usually, with the dish I ordered, they just spoon the part with the meat and veggies on top of the rice and call it a day. So what's the difference? Spoon it onto the noodles instead of the rice and charge me for all the trouble it causes you! There was no reason to say no, so I just said "no thank you" and hung up.
I give up. No Chinese delivery until I move *sigh*.

Worst ever
by MacDellgren
This is so bad. I have been waiting on my food for an hour and a half. A child took my order which made me feel really uncomforatable when I had to give him my credit card number which I repeated three times. I called and he says "its on it way" BEFORE I SAID ANYTHING AT ALL ... that was 30 minutes ago.
- Pros: none
- Cons: everything
