not good service at all.......
The food I got was decent. Yet, when I went in and placed my order for 2 kids meal to go, I got an attitude from the guy at the register. I did not have the kids with me and he was reluctant to ring up my order.
I couldn't believe it! If I want to order 20 kids meals for myself, I will. In this day and time when businesses are hurting, I would think they would be happy to have some type of business. I am not going to spend my money there again. I don't need someone giving me an attitude with what I order. No wonder the place was empty.......
the best of cheese burgers.
Where you might ask, well I'll share it with you.........

Great Burger.
I am in Nashville once a month on business and have to say that the salmon burger is great ! The price is very good for the quality of the food. I like to build my own and add extra onions and pickles. You can't get this type of food in Atlanta.
I sure wish we had one in the ATL...........
What happened to the turkey burgers?.
This time last year, I would be raving about the great turkey burgers. Recently, I ordered one and was shocked at the difference. The texture, taste and appearance were completely awful. I have emailed them with my comments, but have had no response.
I may go in one day soon to see if they have returned to the original or something delicious. If I find that all is well, I will write a favorable review.
Blech!. I just went in to the location on 21st Ave and will NEVER return. I hadn't been since they changed their look and was taken aback by the menu. The woman flew through my order and before I could tell her that I wanted CHEESE on my turkey burger (who doesn't want cheese?) she had already rung up my order, taken my credit card and turned the order in! One slice of cheese was going to cost me an additional .60 cents! Since I had no cash, I declined to order it since my credit card had already been charged. Then she forgot my receipt and had to pull it out of the trashcan (ewww!)!! Last but not least upon returning to my office to eat said turkey burger I was appalled to discover that it tasted like a patty made out of nothing but FAT! That was the most disgusting piece of turkey burger I've ever had, and not worth the $6.39. BLECH!
NO Beefalo for YOU!!. i frequent the green hills c.c. alot..... but today I was given a reg. beef burger when i ordered a beefalo burger and when i went to get a credit (since the beefalo is $1.50 more ) was told it was my fault i ate the wrong burger. Even though it was the burger i was wrongly given.... i even tired to just get a credit towards a milkshake but was denied. Fernando said he had to throw the beefalo burger away so i still had to pay for it citing is was "MY FAULT" too... I made sure he knew that this was a bad business practice and cheating me , his customer. He didn't seem to mind. Well, this loyal customer will not dine with the green hills excuse for a cheese burger charlies please be advise to watch your orders....
Great burgers and healthy alternatives. Cheeseburger Charley's is one of my favorite quick bite stops in Nashville, specializing in in delicious freshly cooked hamburgers and other great alternatives for the more health conscious. The black bean burger is amazing, as well as the beefalo burger and the salmon burger. Their veggie bar makes customizing your sandwich with your favorite toppings (and as many or as few as you'd like) easy, and if you feel like treating yourself, the hand-scooped milkshakes are divine.
Cheeseburger Charley's: EMPLOYEE CLEANED the TABLE With a FLOOR MOP that was just used on the floor.. Employee CLEANED the TABLE WITH A FLOOR MOP. I spilled my drink on the table and floor, tried to clean it up with napkins but needed more cleaning supplies asked the employee nicely for a mop, he came out with a mop and mopped the floor than put the mop onto the table and mopped the table. My wife and I witness this and have never gone back. 2006
Offbeat burgers (think barley and mixed veggie) are a tasty alternative to the beef at this funky burger joint..
In Short
The grill cooks more than standard all-beef patties. Inside this diner-style joint, burgers are made with black beans, wheat and barley, mixed vegetables, turkey, and buffalo meat--all weighing in at under six grams of fat. Burgers arrive hot off the grill with a salad bar of fresh toppings. All orders will cry out for a basket of thick, hand-cut fries. Grilled cheese, smoked turkey, and grilled chicken sandwiches are also available.
Runs out of milkshakes. Because I enjoy a periodic lunch at the MetroCenter Cheeseburger Charley's, I look forward to treating my family to the 21st AV location when we pass by there on Sunday evenings. Our main agenda is milkshakes. But this location's batting average is 0-for-2. Both times we stopped there, they were out of milkshakes. It seems inconceivable that a restaurant with such a limited (albeit tasty) menu would stiff a customer on an item twice in just a few weeks. It isn't a pretty sight when I guy needs a milkshake fix and can't get it. Gives me the shakes...of the wrong kind.
