Great Customer Service, Products. This is a small, family run business where you will get competitive pricing and terrific service.

Even though I had thoroughly researched my intended purchase online, and knew I wanted a Miele, I was still unsure about the model, accessories etc. Though they had a steady stream of people in the shop that day, (all happy customers while I was there), the owner and his wife patiently explained everything I needed to know. No pressure, never a hint of impatience. I ended up buying the Miele Delphi at below online cost, and they added so many extras, (a whole years worth of bags, another hardwood accessory that I can't live without, etc,) that even with the tax, I came out way ahead. Not to mention, I have a real, live human being to call who remembers me, my pets, floors, size of house etc., should I have any problems.

I would much prefer to support a great little locally owned establishment than a huge, faceless online service. I apologize for all the run-on sentences, but if you need to buy or service a vacuum, go here first.

P.S. I love my vacuum!
