I pulled into Nashville Nissan where there was one place to park. Just as I got out of my car, I was attacked by one of those kind of salespeople that look like a "used" car saleman. I thought I wasn't being fair and gave him a chance. I told him what I was looking for. I first looked at the Sentra. I asked to be shown how far the back seats went down. They had such a slope to them, there was no way I could set anything on them without it sliding back to the trunk. So, I decided to look at an Altima. I asked to drive it and he left for 15 minutes while I melted in the 90 degree heat. Got in, loved the car. We then went inside, and met the sales manager, who seemed to be very nice. He told me the deal he was willing to give me, which seemed to be pretty good. I told them I had to think about it. I got called later that night and was asked by the salesman if I wanted to buy the car or not. I told him I had to think about it. 2 days later he called again and asked what he could do to get me to buy the car. I asked him if that particular car had Blue Tooth. He said yes, just needed a phone with the technology. He said I would really be helping them out if I were to buy it. I put the car on hold. Found out later, that the seats in the Sentra go completely FLAT, you just have to know how to work them, AND my car I wanted, did NOT have blue tooth like he told me. I went right to Action NIssan. Read my review. I know times are tough, but this guy was so desperate and cheesy. I don't know if he was being dishonest about the Blue Tooth or just didn't know his stuff. He surely didn't know how the seats worked in the Sentra. He even called me at work to bother me some more. I told him I was not interested at that time. He called me two days later and left a message asking if I had changed my mind. I can't believe this guy. I think I will stop by with my new Nissan Altima that I just got from Action. Wow, that would be mean...guess I will just imagine doing that.
Pros: Willing to negotiate
Cons: Desperate salespeople and unknowledgeble

I had a completely opposite experience than the other reviewers. I was in the market for a new car, and had done some research online. Downtown Nashville Nissan responded quickly to my quote request, and the salesman that contacted me was extremely personably and not pushy in the slightest. When i told him that we were going to have to put the search on hold, he was understanding, promising to check in within the next couple of months. After my car broke down, we were ready to trade it in. We were not swarmed as we drove up, but did have trouble finding somewhere to park. One of the service reps directed us, and we went in. My original sales rep was with a customer, so he set us up with another rep. The entire experience was smooth and stree-free. We test drove a couple of cars, talked about pricing and financing, and not once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of or pushed to do anything. This is my second car purchase, and was by far the best. I would recommend Downtown Nashville Nissan to anyone.
Pros: Large Selection, Friendly People, Quick and Easy
Cons: Not a lot of parking
