Real Good Agency – We moved to town about 3 years ago and were referred to Jeff by our local realtor. Since that time, we've had extremly positive experiences in almost every sense of the word. While we rarely have a need to use our coverage, they have always been there to answer questions and resolve any concerns my wife or I had. Highly Recommend This Agency - State Farm – I just had a good experience with my State Farm Insurance Office and wanted to share it. During the high winds over the past few days, I lost a large portion of my roof. I contacted the Jeff Summers agency after hours and filed my claim. To my amazement I talked to a live claim person. The next morning I got a personal call from Jeff and his assistant both! So far the process has been seamless. The roof has actually been repaired and we're back to normal.
I travel out of town and I really appreciate the personal attention that Jeff, Caleb and the claim lady gave. Thanks so much for taking care of us during this time. It means a lot.

Jeff Summers Responds to the Negative Comments – Hello. I'm the agent Jeff Summers and I wanted to respond personally to the negative comments on the sight. Unfortunately the notes have been intiated by ONE person who was once with our group. This person has left numerous "negative" comments that are as unfair as they are inaccurate. The messages are typically left in "pairs" on or near the same date. The messages suggest that we don't take care of our clients or that my team is rude or pushy. They also suggest that clients get a better rate with another State Farm agent. These statements aren't true and they are not fair to my team, our present clients or our potential clients.
We have a team of some of the most knowledgeable friendly people around. We have great rates and more than anything, we care about our insureds. Because of this, we are the fastest growing State Farm Agency in Davidson County in 2008. That doesn't happen because we've mistreated clients or aren't available. We care.
I have been comiitted to State Farm clients for more than 18 years. We live and work in our area and enjoy a reputation as a good place to do business. There are 3 licensed agents here to care for your needs. Often time, a member of my team will handle general questions, claims or changes, however, I am entirely available to my clients. While we can't always please everyone, we are honest and we work with our clients to make sure they are getting the most from their insurance. We make recomendations based on a clients individual needs. In the end the customer decides what's best.
It is possible that this angry person will leave other messages that are negative. That's fine. It's also entirely possible that some people will have legitamite complaints. We hope not. The genuine complaints are handled at the office and we make every effort possible to take care of those, just as we take care of our good clients every day.

Not for me – I just called to get an auto quote, and I just didn't feel right about it. The sales person I spoke with wasn't very knowledgeable about their insurance. I was told that I would get a call back with answers to my questions, but I never heard from them. I just looked elsewhere for my insurance. I wonder if others have had a similar experience. I can't say that I'd recommend this place to anyone. I was never introduced to the agent as he wasn't there when I called. I just got one of those creepy feelings like they really didn't care about me... just my money.
Oh, the sales person did try to sell me on some kind of apartment insurance while I was on the phone, but I kept telling her I just wanted car insurance.
Nice People - Thanks – We recently transferred to Nashville with my work. I went by the office and met the entire team during our appointment w/ Jeff. Our last agent in Denver was fantastic, however, I didn't feel as "at home" as I felt when I entered the local Nashville agency and met Jeff and his group. Thanks so much for making our transition a positive one. It seem like I now have a group of people who are genuinely concerned with taking care of our insurance.
COOL AND EASY EXPERIENCE - THANKS – Great folks. Made everything easy during our auto claim. Picked us up at the accident scene - which was more than I expected. We do most everything by phone with the office - which is the easiest thing for us, always a spot-on experience. Didn't seem like the typical insurance guy.
Rude salesmen – Received an unsolicited phone call at home from these people. When he asked for my date of birth and I wouldn't give it to him over the phone and asked that he mail me information instead, he said "that's weird" and hung up on me. I'm not in the habit of giving out personal information to strangers that call me up out of the blue. Very rude sales tactics.
Bad Service – I can never get through to Mr Summers and his staff is untrained and rude. They didn't handle my claim well at all, and I have to call a few times in order to get through to somebody. Pick another local agent... you'll be treated better elsewhere.
