Chillis is done. The salads use to be great but now the size and quality is gone.

Avoid this place!. My husband, sister, and I recently dined at this location on a Saturday night, around 9:00. The hostess was friendly, but that's where the pleasurable experience ceased. Our waitress was slow coming to the table, got both my sister's and my order completely wrong, served our food on dirty dishes, and we never got any refills. I sent my order back -- I had asked for Chicken Crispers and received the Chicken Sliders -- and she returned with something that I guess was supposed to pass as the Chicken Crispers, but there was hardly any chicken in the three mounds on the plate and was really just huge, greasy chunks of fried batter. All of our food looked like it had been sitting under the heating lamp for a long time; everything just looked unappealing and it felt cold. When I asked to speak to a manager, my waitress left and came back about ten minutes later to tell me that the manager wasn't coming and that she would just take my meal off of the tab. When I asked why, she replied that he was in the back cooking and she was really doing me a "favor" by not having him come out to speak with me. What's the point in having a manager if you're going to handle everything in the first place? I would completely avoid this Chili's at all costs, especially because there are several great restaurants around the area. I usually love Chili's, but this was a horrible dining experience.

Families and an after-work crowd come to this relaxed Tex-Mex chain for sizzling fajitas and a buzzing bar scene.. In Short
Festive decor of colorfully tiled tables, vintage photographs and sunny Southwestern accents welcomes an all-ages crowd at this informal hangout. Youngsters and their parents pile into dining room booths; casual business types toss back margaritas and watch televised sports at the bar. The menu features mild versions of Lone Star state favorites, from double-basted baby back ribs and steak fajitas to red-beef chili and deep-fried onions.

Avoid on the weekends, don't buy drinks here.. My main complaint with this particular Chili's location is the extremely low if any alcohol content of the margaritas. If you get a margarita here, make sure you get it while sitting at the bar, so you can watch the bartender actually make the drink. This has happened to me and several friends multiple times, to the point that I'm never going to waste money on their drinks again. It seems their only focus is profit and not giving you what you pay for.

Needs wait staff. Usually get seated quite quickly. Then comes the long wait, the harried waitress , the long wait and then the food. No drink refills, and catching the wait staff as they rush by because they are one of two or three. Now they might spill the coffee on the table or forget stuff, but there is never a manger, and no-one offers to give you even your drinks (soft drinks) free.

We go once a year to the one on West End, and only because it is where we had our first date (and yes, it was the same). The one in Hermitage is a whole lot better.
