Lazy Employees. My cousin and I were in town with the Future Business Leaders of America and wordered pizza at 10 pm and were told, before we even told our location, that it would take an hour and half to two hours. We thanked them and hung up. We called a different Pizza Hut. They informed us that there was a Pizza Hut closer to us, the one on West End Avenue. We said they told us it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours and he said, "Oh, sometimes they do that to get out of taking orders."

What? How do they get away with that?

Anyway, we called them back and ordered despite the long wait. The woman was difficult to understand, but we pushed through.

Half an hour later we received the pizza.

I would like to thank the nice employee at the other Pizza Hut who was honest. I can't believe that anyone can be that lazy and still keep their jobs.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This pizza hut location is convenient for delivery to my home but I just found out after completing an online order that the West End Pizza Hut stopped deliveries to my area (Edgehill / South St.) sometime between July 7, 2009 & August 1, 2009. The online ordering system allowed me to place my order but the local store cancelled my order without proper notification. When calling to express my displeasure the shift manager did nothing to rectify the situation. I didn't get pizza!! To top it all off they still ran my debit card making the funds unavailable to me. The supervisor kept stating the charges would fall off in 3-5 business days but they shouldn't be allowed to make my money unavailable to me when no service or product was provided to me. I still had to use other money to get something else to eat. I definitely didn't go back to Pizza Hut to pick up a pizza after they refused to deliver and didn't give me the option to pick the pizza up. They just cancelled my order and the supervisors specific words where "what do you want me to do about it"....are you kidding!!! I want you to get me a pizza, this is what you are doing there right??? The nerve of some employees and corporations taking advantage of the customers!!! We are valuable to you whether you believe you've gotten to big for one person to be valuable to Pizza Hut or not!!!

This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies.. In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.

Gone down hill. All the pizza huts I have been to aren't anything like they were a long time ago. It is terrible. It is like eating a bunch of dough with a drop of sauce on it and just a little pinch of cheese. Even when I asked them to put extra cheese and sauce on it, it still doesn't cut it. What a rip off. I'll never eat their pizza again. Its just a big waste of money.

Worst Pizza Hut in Nashville. I have tried this Pizza Hut on numerous occasions, i.e. at least 3 times. And each time, the pizza has been horrible. I love Pizza Hut, but the West End restaurant does not cook their pizzas well. I ordered pepperoni pizzas, sometimes hand tossed and sometimes deep-dished. The pizza would not have much cheese on it, and the crust and pepperoni was burnt. I won't waste my money at this place.

Best pizza anywhere. The Pizza is delish! Employees are helpful and speedy! Customers are cute cute cute! I recommend this place if you can't decide where to eat - date night, hang over cure or just a fun night out.

Whodathunkit?!?. Whodathunkit? I know that's not a word, but it's appropriate. Let me start with the food. The pizza dough was perfectly browned, the pepperonis exactly round, and the cheese as fresh as WI could make it. Now the scene, the Vandy girls here must've not gotten the memo about the freshman 15, because I almost got whiplash I was looking so much. It was like a tennis match! My buddies are going to hate me for publicizing this undiscovered gem, but you can't keep something this good a secret forever.

Great Pizza, Great Service. Pizza Hut on West End is my favorite restaurant in Nashville. I ate there a couple weeks ago and my waiter, Chris, was fantastic! From now on, I will ask to sit in his section when my wife & I go there to eat!

Pizza HOT!!!!!!. As a twenty something single new to Nashville I find I can't stay away from Pizza Hut. Just last week I stopped in on a thursday night on my way home from work to grab a slice and see anything caught my fancy. As I rounded the corner to the dining area with my slice of vegetable medley I saw a teenage girl, legal teenage girl I should mention, and as she bit into her stuffed crust pizza a bit of cheese came out the side and slid down her chin. I had to leave.

Great place to meet people. If you're single, Pizza Hut on West End is the place for you! For years I had gone to local bars in Nashville looking for love, but it wasn't until I went to Pizza Hut on West End that I found what I was looking for. I met my wife at Pizza Hut! It didn't take us long to realize we had a lot in common, we both love pizza, cold beer and Nashville Predators hockey. Thanks Pizza Hut for providing me with a great place to eat & helping me meet my wife!
