Beware of the Bar. We recently had dinner/show at this venue and when we opened a tab upstairs they failed to mention they add a $25 hold on all cards. We paid w/ cash and were furious to realize that we also had an additional $25 charged to us. If we had known this upfront we would have paid with the card. This was three days ago and the charge has still not dropped off yet.

If you are going to hold peoples funds, you need to let them know. Be honest people.

service. The food is average but the waitress were rude and not just one of them..one even told me "lady I don't have time" I have work to do..then he was over there hanging out with his co-workers chatting....you properly be just fine without me but I won't be back....I really wished I had dine somewhere else....

Worship rock legends while dining on familiar American favorites.. In Short
Walls covered with decades of Top-40 memorabilia, rock songs blaring in the background and an all-American menu typify this music-themed restaurant. The kitchen churns out group-friendly appetizers like nachos and Southern staples like barbecue ribs and chicken. Burgers are served with hefty sides of fries and the signature pulled-pork sandwich is topped with vinegar barbecue sauce. The gift shop sells branded items like T-shirts, shot glasses and hats.

WONDERFUL service. Great atmosphere. Great burgers and onion rings!. The servers were warm, friendly and just extremely good. I had a bacon cheeseburger that was fantastic and the onion rings were wonderful. Great atmosphere, great food, great service...what else could you ask for?

Quantity or quality?. Never got to see Faith kick where no man has gone before, but any way to make it short and simple it is a lot of glitz and glitter. The atmosphere is good with lots of stuff to keep your eyes busy, and it ain't all on the walls.

Food was very basic. Cheap meat on a bun with a few hunks of tomato or something, but with cheap product you are not going to get a quality burger.

If you want quality instead of quantity you are not going to find it here, but if you are looking for a fun place and a burger before the game you will find it here.

Great Veggie Burger!. The veggie burgers at the Hard Rock are great! I love them. My husband also loves the hamburgers (real ones) here. They have good food, but it is a bit pricey. If you are willing to pay a lot for a good hamburger and a novelty setting you'll dig the Hard Rock Cafe.

Had a great time...and. a great meal. Had a wonderful server.And the rest of the staff was very friendly. Bought a couple of shirts,decided back at the hotel I wanted another one.Called & asked them to hold it for me til later that night.Was very pleased it was there waiting for me when I got there.

The Best Yet. This was my first time going to the Hard Rock Cafe and the experience was wonderful. The waitress was absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere was fun. And that was the best hamburger that I have ever ate in my life. I will definitely be going back again.
