White House--good eats, cheap!

Great food, better than any Mexican food in Nashville. Fast service, big portions, bottomless chips and salsa. Our only problem is coming away stuffed--we just can't quit!

Surprisingly good!

I'm a native of White House and remember when the restaurant opened. They bought a building that saw restaurants come and go. Nothing seemed to make it at that location. However, De La Paz has for years, and there is a reason! It's good and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is a little weird, but the food makes it up for it. You get a lot of food and you get it quick. I have yet to find another mexican restaurant that I like better, including any in Nashville.

Good Food, Good Service, Good Prices

Family owned and operated, De La Paz is a nice little family restaurant. As someone who lives in White House and eats here often, I can attest to the fact that the food is excellent, served hot and in abundance by an attentive (albeit somewhat quirky) staff. The ambience is tacky, yes, but if you want 'fine dining' (as opposed to 'good eating'), then find yourself a trendy little spot somewhere in Nashville. Me, I'll have a chicken fajita taco salad and a Corona, thank you.
