BEWARE OF THE THIEVES

I have been to this car wash probably 10,12 times in the past. without any problems. I was there on 2-11-2011 and when I got in my car to leave my CD's were gone! Not taken with the case intact, but straight out of the CD player itself. When I confronted them, of course they denied it. I drive an Escalade and you have to have the keys in the ignition to get CD's out of the player. Guess what, they had the keys! Man, I was fighting mad, but they continued to lie. Since I didn't see the thieves actually do it, I couldn't pinpoint which one it was. I am pretty sure they were taken when the vacuum process was going on. They have all those signs on the wooden fence for a reason about how they are not responsible for damaged or missing items.
