Great color and cut. I went here for the first time this weekend Norman is awesome.. The color on my hair was perfect..He did a wonderful job.. I will go back here everytime I want to get my hair done!!!!

Great cut. Great service.. I have been going to Norman @ A Fuse Salon since i was 16. I met him when he was hired to do my hair for a modeling gig. He did a wonderful job and i have been a customer ever since. He has done my hair for the modeling show, two proms and just regular trims and cuts and i have NEVER been disappointed. He's a very creative person that has a wide range of capabilities and i have recommended him to all my family and friends. This guy is so good that he's the only one that i let touch my hair and since i live in Murfreesboro and his shop is in Smyrna i make the trip to see him! I highly recommend this salon if you're looking for a down-to-earth, local and friendly establishment. It's at least worth a try!

It's been almost a year.... ...since I was let go from Fuse Salon. At first, I was devastated because I didn't see what I did to deserve to be let go, but no matter now. (And thank you to my friend who posted the review last year...I think I know who you are. )

What I do see is that the experience has made me realize what a talented, capable stylist I have become, as well as a mature, confident young woman. I went on to a better job, making more money than I ever have before, working with girls who respect each other, and a boss who treats me as if I were her own daughter.

I know now how to better seek out a salon that I will fit into.

So Fuse Salon, you get a couple of stars for helping me see the proverbial light. Thank you.

Job Seekers, Salon Seekers, etc.... I just had my first visit with Norman and loved it. I didn't go in expecting to leave as a super model nor did I expect him to make MY mess a red carpet wonder. I knew what I wanted, told him, and trusted him to fix my problem...and he did. It's HAIR! Not a life altering experience....at least it shouldn't be. If you are THAT concerned about yourself and how beautiful you are - maybe you SHOULD go somewhere that is a cookie cutter shop. You can get someone to jack up your hair all day long there and not tell you what you NEED to hear for healthy hair AND know what they're talking about. Having been a business owner before, you MUST do what's best for your business. If someone's personality doesn't fit the mold of YOUR business, then why waste the time in trying to change that person. You've actually done them a favor by not wasting their time either! Sounds like a whiny little girl to me - and I mean the friend that posted the comments....get over yourself.

FOR JOB SEEKERS , THIS IS A 'NO!'. This review is more for job seekers, rather than clients.

They probably do great hair, but if you want a job, forget it!

I am writing on behalf of my friend who got fired from there recently. She did her job just as they asked, without so much as a "thank you" or "kiss my ***". She was professional and friendly. Clients liked her.

They fired her out of the blue for NO REASON.

Unfortunately, Tennessee is a right-to-work state, so employers can fire without giving reason but it would have been decent of them to at least tell her what she did wrong.

It seems from what she told me that they are looking for snobby suck-ups, so if you're one of them, go right ahead.

If you're looking for real, down-to-earth, kind-hearted people to work with, go elsewhere.

Greatest Place In Town. Awesome! This is the only place in town where you can go to look like a million bucks. :)
