"Pleasing you - Pleases us"???. When looking for a place to get my daughters first haircut i came across an ad for Hair illusions in the yellow pages. The ad stated that it provided services for children so i thought i would give them a call to set up an appointment. Upon calling i was greeted by a lady ,which i believe was the owner. I said hello and asked how much it would be to get my daughters hair trimmed. She paused and said "i don't think so!" and hung up on me. Flabbergasted i immediately called back. This time a man answered and i said "Hi, Um, someone just hung up on me." He said, " Yeah, what do you need?" I was very confused as what i did do to deserve such a nasty response when all i did was inquire about their services. I have never experienced such unfounded rudeness in my life. I'm not sure if they speak to all potential customers that way or maybe they were just having a bad day, but i do know that with that kind of attitude i definitely wouldn't want them any where near my child with a pair of scissors.
